Checklist: 12 Must Do Items

Here are 12 must-do items to make sure that your phone service is ready to go. Simply access the Web-based dashboard and get started customizing your phone service. NOTE: Some features are not available to all ESI eCloud PBX users.

  1. Set up voice mail greeting

  2. Record Name

  3. Confirm your User Profile and Caller ID information

  4. Set up time frames to receive and route calls

  5. Create answering rules to support your work schedule

  6. Set up your personal audio conferencing bridge

  7. Personalize your ESI phone keys for one-touch access

  8. Add new contacts to your directory to utilize click to call 

  9. Set up multiple devices to ensure your calls are routed to you in or out of the office

  10. Download and set up the ePhoneGO mobility application

  11. Adjust answering rules to route to your preferred device

  12. Set up offline answering rules

Yes, ESI can set your account up with Direct Deposit or with a Credit Card. 

Fill out the direct deposit authorization form and send to the Billing Department (billing@cloudservices-billing.com and copy payments@esi-estech.com). The account will then be updated accordingly.

Send the completed credit card form to the Billing Department (billing@cloudservices-billing.com and copy payments@esi-estech.com). The account will then be updated accordingly.

Invoices are emailed out the first week of every month. Invoices are sent from billing@esi-estech.com.

To create a new user you will need your account number and BTN. If you need assistance, please call the Billing team at (855) 600-8705.

The individuals listed on the billing account are the authorized contacts. These individuals will have full access to make changes to the account setup and configuration. They will receive the invoice (if email address is on the account) and will also have authority to make additional purchases for the account.

Your username and password is provided by your System Administrator or Project Coordinator. They are also included in the Welcome email during Implementation.

Yes; however, it is important to ensure that the 911 Caller ID number set in your eCloud PBX account profile has a valid registered address. This can be verified with the company that installed your service.

No, your ESI phone service uses VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) to provide your phone connectivity. If your Internet connection fails at any time, you will not be able to use your phone service. You can program an external phone number where calls can be sent if your ESI SIP phone goes offline. If you have multiple devices and can access the Internet through one of them, such as using the Web browser on a smartphone to reach the Internet through a cellular connection, you can quickly route your calls to your mobile (or any other phone number) to help you avoid missing calls.
